Realize

The realize phase brings the final concept into a tangible and manufacturable reality. The rigour of detail and manufacturing is applied to ensure design intent is carried through to production. With the completion of this phase, production begins.

Detail design

• apply feedback and learnings to the selected concept(s) and make any required modifications,
• develop custom designed components for manufacture -
• design control documentation and
• detailed part development,

Prototyping

• build a fully functional prototype(s)
• test and evaluate prototype
• make and document any necessary modifications

Project support

• liaison with manufacturer through to full implementation,
• full support for the client and manufacturer through to market launch,

Deliverables in this phase often include design intent drawings, CAD manufacturing data of custom designed components, functional prototype, and full liaison with vendors and client through to launch.
